Dog problem using bathroom help please?

my dog 8 weeks old (a pitbull) ate some of my turkey (sandwich turkey) yesterday night and she seemed fine and used the bathroom normally after that. Well this morning she started off by using the bathroom a lot and throwing up and now it looks like she has to go poop but she just stays there in the same position forever and nothing comes out so moved on to another area and does the same thing .Is there something i can do to make her go again?

Sounds like she has gotten into something worse than a turkey sandwich. Call the VET
Have you ever suffered diarrhea and after ‘going’ so much, you still had stomach discomfort but couldn’t go anymore? That sounds to me like what your dog might be suffering. But, watch her closely and maybe call your vet and ask them. (A phone call is free). She could have eaten more than your sandwich which you are unaware of, and that could be causing some stomach distress that needs to be addressed by your vet.
