I have 2 pom, hot dog, yorkie mix pups that are brothers and 3 large older dogs. Problem is that every time?

its natural. their getting close to coming of age. their also sensing the change in each other. they go through this stage. i would ignore it and avoid getting puppy kisses anyway. it will eventually pass
