Been through your situation, and get the bark collar. It is a cheap and painless solution. I have cattle dogs as well. I’ve locked mine up, tapped the nose, yelled, screamed, knocked on the window, told them to go to bed, and done everything else I can possibly think of. Get the collar!
The first time after that when they bark collar though it is it may not sound like new years fire works etc what it does is very loud dogs.
