I adopted a dog from a shelter a little over a week ago. For a few days he was great, but a little clingy. But now his attitude seemed to change; not to me, but he growls and get defencive against men that are just around. I can’t stand it because it is mainly directed to my father and younger brother. He has never bitten them, but I would like to change his behavior before it gets that before.

Sadly if he does not change I am going to have to get rid of him. He has never been mean toward me; in fact, for me he is generally obidient.
